MyBoleto.com is an online platform that allows event organizers to promote events and sell tickets, and allows customers to discover and purchase tickets to those events.
MyBoleto acts as a technology platform and intermediary connecting event organizers with attendees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MyBoleto is not the organizer or promoter of events listed on the platform
Eligibility
To use the Services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or purchasing tickets
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
MyBoleto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on MyBoleto.com:

Ticket Purchases

Once a ticket purchase is completed, it may not be canceled or refunded except as described in the event’s refund policy.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund policies are set by the event organizer, not MyBoleto.
If an event is:
Canceled:
A refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Rescheduled:
Tickets may remain valid for the new date unless the organizer states otherwise.
Changed:
Changes to event lineup, venue, or schedule do not necessarily qualify for refunds.
MyBoleto is not responsible for issuing refunds unless funds are received from the event organizer.
Event Organizer Responsibilities
Event organizers who use MyBoleto agree to:
Provide accurate information about their events
Comply with all applicable laws and licensing requirements
Honor their posted refund policies
Deliver the event as advertised
MyBoleto reserves the right to remove events that violate laws, policies, or community standards.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use MyBoleto to:
Sell fraudulent or misleading events
Violate any law or regulation
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform
Resell tickets in violation of event policies
Use automated bots or scraping tools
Violation of these rules may result in account termination and legal action.
Ticket Resale
Some events may allow ticket transfers or resale.
Any resale must comply with:

Any restrictions displayed during ticket purchase
Unauthorized resale may result in ticket cancellation.
Intellectual Property
All content on MyBoleto.com—including logos, branding, text, graphics, and software—is owned by MyBoleto or its licensors.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Utah.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
